Job Description
- Outbound calls in excellent Spanish language with high customer empathy
- Chat with customers in excellent Spanish language with high customer empathy
- Strong knowledge of the product and needed information for customer support (e.g. alarm turn off steps, camera access..etc)
- Ticketing to ensure content is up to date
- Complete post incident communication
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Native Spanish Speakers
- 3-5 years Customer Care Experience
- Valid Residency Visa in Egypt
- Empathetic and confident.
- Can work under pressure
- High and speedy PC skills
- Technical experience is a Plus, a good understanding of the technology being used is needed (IOT)
Job Conditions:
- 9 working hours rotational -on shift basis- according to a planned schedule
- 2 days off (rotational) per week
