Job Description
- Answering calls (local & international), redirect them when necessary, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Organizing and servicing meetings
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience ( 2-3 years )as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
