Job Description

  • Answering calls (local & international), redirect them when necessary, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • Organizing and servicing meetings
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience ( 2-3 years )as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
