Job Description
- Manages and leads a team of employees providing encouragement, including communicating team goals, deadlines to team members, assessing performance and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Acting as central point of escalation for issues identified by the vendor operations team and collaborate with other departments to resolve them.
- Responsible to QC the quality of team’s work and productivity.
- Ensures routines compliance and develop strategies to promote the team’s adherence to the company’s regulations, procedures and performance goals.
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member escalations and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Use business analysis to propose and drive projects that will enhance the vendor experience.
- Support vendor management team on other activities related to processes, templates and continuous improvement.
- Provides help to management through reporting that keeps the management updated on team performance.
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
- Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
- Conducts team meetings to update members on new inputs, best practices and continuing expectations.
- Provides quality vendor support, including interacting with vendors, answering vendors’ inquiries and effectively handling vendors’ complaints and escalations.
Job Requirements
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, persuade, communicate and motivate others.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reporting background and ability to build reports independently
- 2 - 3 years of equivalent work experience in e-commerce industry.
- Excellent command of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem solving skills to solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism and integrity.
- Familiarity with vendor operations e-commerce environment
