Job Description

  • Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
  • Follow up on the daily operations with the technical support team.
  • Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements
  • Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc)
  • Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (software/hardware)
  • Perform required maintenance for PCs, printers and network cabinets.
  • Troubleshoot user problems related to hardware, software, and network.
  • LAN troubleshooting and support
  • Systems administration

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical support.
  • Proper administrative knowledge of the Windows operating system.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
