Job Description
- Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
- Follow up on the daily operations with the technical support team.
- Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements
- Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc)
- Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (software/hardware)
- Perform required maintenance for PCs, printers and network cabinets.
- Troubleshoot user problems related to hardware, software, and network.
- LAN troubleshooting and support
- Systems administration

- Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical support.
- Proper administrative knowledge of the Windows operating system.
- Strong communication skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Good command of both written and spoken English
