Job Description

Brief Roles and responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Place and maintain orders for on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain stores and DC’s for on-time delivery of materials.
  • Convert the demand at SKU level into requisitions of sourced components.
  • Measure and reduce inventory.
  • Work closely with warehouse supervisors to control the incoming and outgoing movements of materials.
  • Analysis of sales orders and forecast the expected demand plan.
  • Compare the actual consumption to plan.
  • Track of POs and communicate all needs to meet the immediate customers demand.
  • Monitor and maintain key performance measures.
  • Support Supply Chain projects as required
  • Communicate with the external Vendor for deliveries.
  • Managing supply issues with the vendors and sales

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Computer skills – Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
  • SAP is a plus
  • The ability to communicate very well in English language
  • Knowledge of materials planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Analytical thinking
  • Time management
