Job Description
Brief Roles and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Place and maintain orders for on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain stores and DC’s for on-time delivery of materials.
- Convert the demand at SKU level into requisitions of sourced components.
- Measure and reduce inventory.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors to control the incoming and outgoing movements of materials.
- Analysis of sales orders and forecast the expected demand plan.
- Compare the actual consumption to plan.
- Track of POs and communicate all needs to meet the immediate customers demand.
- Monitor and maintain key performance measures.
- Support Supply Chain projects as required
- Communicate with the external Vendor for deliveries.
- Managing supply issues with the vendors and sales
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Computer skills – Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
- SAP is a plus
- The ability to communicate very well in English language
- Knowledge of materials planning and scheduling.
- Excellent attention to details
