Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Payable Accountant to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner as follows:
- Review and verify suppliers invoices and check requests by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Setting invoices up for payment and ensure timely payment for vendors’ invoices.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as payable accountant (preferable to be in the construction field).
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
