Job Description
- Answers and book all inbound calls from landline and mobile.
- Coordinate demo’s dates and names between the sales department and PS department.
- Contact point for all PS members.
- Reserve hotels for the consultants.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings for the PS department (Date, Time and needed resources) and reserve the meeting room for the internal meetings.
- Coordinate and manage devices used with PS department and record them including when, whom and device information to be up to date so we can follow any missed device
- Follow up assigned issues from PM and PS Manager and HR-Department to another party.
- Reserve trip tickets for PMs and Consultants.
- Prepare the PO`s for the PS department and sign it from PS department Manager then submit it to the GM admin office to be signed.
- Push notification to all PS
- Handles all admin issues requested by Admin Supervisor & PS Manager.
- Responsible for filing all work orders and maintain excellent filing system
- Updating summary report with purchased, consumed & remaining balance), and send notifications to all concerned parties (PS Manager, MD, PMs, Admin supervisor & client care)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Admin position
- Excellent English command
- Excellent computer skills especially Excel
