Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze process, discover gaps, weaknesses and areas for improvement
- Understand and document the current “AS IS” process with all its related details (cycle time, KPI and SLA if any)
- Coordinate meetings and brainstorming sessions with related departments for process optimization and automation
- Recommends and facilitates process improvement efforts
- Develop “TO BE” Process and suggest efficient working procedures that satisfy the organization’s business goals and objectives
- Support process stakeholders in defining the process metrics, KPI’s and SLA
- Responsible for ensuring the documentation of the process and procedures according to the organization templates and provide assistance to process sponsor/owner to develop the related process and procedures
- Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience
- Able to analyze and map out processes, and create flowcharts, etc., and experienced in using BPMN 2.0 tools, MS Visio and MS Office applications
- Certification in Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI is a plus
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Multi-tasking with strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
