Job Description
- Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as minimum salaries and tax liabilities.
- Monitoring salary structure and benefits, monitors trends affecting pay and benefits to improve practices and policies
- Developing competitive benefits packages.
- Manage compensation and benefits analytics within the company, analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
- Responsible for the occupational classifications as per job descriptions and salary scale.
- Oversee Competitive analysis and, merit increase and salary structure.
- Forecast budget for the salary increase and prepare personnel budget and keep C&B operations within it.
- Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive and legal.
- Design, evaluate and modify total rewards and benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high-performance levels and efficient implementation.
- Responsible for the professional development of own team and ensure it is aligned with the organizational career progression and succession plans.
- Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives
- Manage the payroll processing ensuring the smooth operations of the monthly transaction.
- Authorizes the salary transfers online
- Revises debit notes issued by the company.
- Reviews financial payments related to the HR department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- HR Diploma (is a plus)
- 5 Years of work experience in the Human Resources field
- Excellent English Language
- Understanding of all HR functions and how they impact the business.
- Understanding of performance management principles.
