Job Description
- Prepare and implement EHS action plans to fulfill the requirements of Kellogg worldwide Standards
- Prepare, implement, and /or follow up action plans for continuous improvement in EHS performance reducing incident rates and risk.
- Timely, accurate reporting of EHS performance internally and within Kellogg group
- EHS incident investigation and CAPA process
- Drives positive safety culture through regular employee participation events, recognizes and promotes best practice, good results and positive behaviors.
- EHS training programs.
- Conduct a complete risk assessment for all activities, and follow up the required controls.
- Participates and supports Kellogg’s EHS consultative process with employees (including site Safety Committees where they exist).
