Job Description
- Receive inbound chats and calls for prospective customers, handles customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide technical software support and non technical responsive and competent telephone support and problem-solving to customers
- Apply basic working knowledge of systems, procedures, customers, products and processes through the call
- Ensure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance, refer or escalate to seniors staff as secondary solution to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer satisfaction, Deliver and exceed customer-specified service levels for handle time.
