Job Description

  • Receive inbound chats and calls for prospective customers, handles customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide technical software support and non technical responsive and competent telephone support and problem-solving to customers
  • Apply basic working knowledge of systems, procedures, customers, products and processes through the call
  • Ensure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance, refer or escalate to seniors staff as secondary solution to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, Deliver and exceed customer-specified service levels for handle time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Any Major
  • Experience 2-4 years in E-commerce - Technical Support - Web
  • Technical Skills: HTML - CSS - Zen Desk - WHMCS
