Job Description
Role purpose:
- To continuously provide High Quality processing to achieve maximum Customer Satisfaction within the specified Performance Level Agreements
- Responsible for execution of correct accounting and processing of payments, that include timely Reconciliations and Reporting.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Review invoices and check requests
- Sort and match invoices and check duplicates
- Account invoices for payment
- Process all payment requests
- Reconciliation of vendor Statement
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports
- Assist in month end closing
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets & Reporting
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Presentable
- Good English
- Excellent Microsoft Skills and Computer skills
- From 1 – 2 years in Accounts Payable
