Job Description
- Providing up to date, consistently changing store visual display within brand specific guidelines.
- Producing and arranging window displays, signage, fixtures, mannequins, backdrops, interior displays, merchandise, floor plans and special promotions displays.
- Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Changing displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Ensuring that all store employees are aware about VM concepts/ guidelines to ensure the speed of displays based on requirements.
- Sketching designs and store layout to maximize visual impact.
- Supporting the operations team in maximizing the sales performance in stores through effective store layout and window displays.
- Acting in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as VM in Retail within small/ medium size stores.
- Multi stores VM responsibility is essentially required. (3-5 stores)
- Dynamic, energetic, proactive and creative awareness of current fashion VM techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced fashion environment and taking quick initiatives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Very good commands in English.
- Very good skills in Ms Office and Graphics applications.
