Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Coordinate strategy (sales, marketing, pricing), budgets, forecasts and financial objectives in agreement with the Director, Team Leader/Coordinator and Sales Manager (where applicable).
- Monitor customers’ product needs, competitor activity, and product development.
- Keep track of customer receivables and ensure on time payment.
- Visit customer accounts on a monthly basis.
- Offer technical support to the customer if possible.
- Escalate problems to Programmer, Supervisor, Specialist, Analyst and Manager.
- Report unusual and recurring issues to Specialist, Programmer, Manager and Analyst.
- Support test of new or upgraded applications.
- Report on Help Desk service usage and suggest technologies to enhance Help Desk functioning.
Job Requirements
- Strong background in Financial Accounting, general ledger, trial balance and preparing financial statements reports with minimum 5 years in this field.
- Sc. English Section in Accounting with Accumulated grade very good
- Minimum 5 years in similar positions preferably; graduated from English schools, Strong working knowledge of financial systems; Mastering Microsoft applications (Word & Excel) is essential.
- Excellent professional writing and speaking skills are required
- Communicating in written & spoken English is required. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
