What is Nawah?
Nawah is a core hub of advanced equipment specialized in natural and medical sciences. Nawah's online platform receives experiments requests, Nawah's scientists carry them out and return results online. Our clients are academics at universities in disciplines of life sciences (Biology, chem, pharma,…) as well as any industry in need of analyzing their products (Petro/oil, chemicals, agriculture, …). Over 4 years of operation, Nawah has analyzed over 20K samples coming from 32 universities based in 9 countries. Nawah’s business model is revolutionizing the scientific research ecosystem since scientists can now carry world class level of research regardless of the equipment available in their labs.

Job summary and responsibilities

  • Leading sales and marketing activities / teams.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of a revenue growth plan.
  • Uncovering new opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Manage sales/marketing team and partners in order to determine the most effective way to grow the company's business.
  • Evaluating financial data and developing analysis reports, presenting these reports to the CEO and executive board.
  • Ensuring an excellent position of the company vs competitors.
  • Achieving best possible rates of customer satisfaction and handling issues arising on daily basis.

In summary:

  • 50% generation of new sales
  • 50% retention of current customers and solving any related issues

Job Requirements

  • This is a leading position: We expect excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience in sales / marketing in a senior position for at least 7 years in a related industry (pharmaceuticals, analysis, chemicals, …)
  • At least a bachelor degree of Pharmacy or Science.
  • Impressive success track record
  • Excellent selling and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, you will be leading a diverse team and handling clients issues / demands / complains
  • Excellent presentation skills, you will be presenting the company in different events.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Skillful in operating MS-Office package, preparing reports and presentations
