Job Description
- Administer project list and prioritize all work and determine an effective departmental budget.
- Maintain and recommend improvements to all manufacturing systems and ensure the profitability of all process.
- Implement all strategies for all IT Operations and supervise an efficient performance of all IT staff.
- Ensure compliance to all deadlines and provide upgrade to all systems as per requirement .
- Maintain compliance with all standards and policies and administer efficient working of all IT equipment and hardware.
- Responsible for managing the IT infrastructure environment
- Responsible for coordination, strategic planning, and Quality Management.
- Ensure IT delivery quality, IT security.
- Take an effective role in the budget , planning, customer relation, and supplier management.
- Minimize budget variance and standardize the process.
- Oversee efficient performance to all IT personnel and maintain knowledge on all job functions.

Educational Background
- B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology
Certifications:
- Cisco CCNA professional certificate
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in Network Infrastructure
- Knowledge in Servers Infrastructure, AD, VM, Oracle.
- Knowledge in Windows platforms
- End users support
