Job Description
Scope: -
- A day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all human capital related activities of the company.
- Direct responsibility for talent acquisition, on boarding, training, development, performance Management, remuneration management, reporting and compliance to relevant Egyptian laws.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of total experience including at least 5 years of full fledged responsibility for the whole HR department
- Relevant experience in Retail Contracting / Commercial Interiors Production / Engineering Sector(s) is preferable
- Hands-on experience in Change Management , People Development, HR business partnership, Succession Planning, Workload Analysis, Headcount optimization for total alignment with dynamic business priorities.
