Job Description
Scope:
- A day-to-day responsibility for employee affairs including both data, filings, payroll variables & social/medical insurance administration.
- Moderating & implementing the company's policies, procedures, workflows & forms in compliance to relevant Egyptian laws.
Job Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of total experience including at least 2 years of full fledged responsibility for the whole administrative part of the HR department
- Relevant experience in Contracting / Interiors / Engineering Sector(s) is preferable
- Hands-on experience in payroll, social insurance, filing, attendance & leaves, administration related tasks, communication, follow up with all employees, & detailed frequent reporting.
