Job Description

  • Serving Customers face to face with a high level of professionalism.
  • Receiving & delivering Samsung HHP to & from courier & customers.
  • Receive customer calls inquiring about their handsets or any other product.
  • Analyze what the customer says, they want and need then record it in the receipt in details.
  • Using knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, customer care addresses issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
  • Maintain close cooperation with QC & Repair team.
  • Checking the devices fault status and writing them accurately on the receipt.
  • The input receiving devices information on GSPN and checking the status on the system ( approved, waiting, pending, repaired…….)
  • Assuring serving customers and dealing with their complaints in the most professional attitude to achieve superior quality service standards.

Working Hours :

  • 8hrs/shift – three shifts per day starting 11 am – 1 pm – 3 pm – overtime is applied for extending hours. Two days weekly vacations - Friday is fixed

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal/human relations skills.
  • Organizational/planning skills.
  • Attentiveness to detail.
  • Ability to type and operate word processing programs.
  • Ability to prioritize duties, delegate responsibilities, and evaluate the work of others,
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively
  • Level of experience: Fresh or 1-2 years’ experience.
  • English Language: intermediate level.
  • Computer skills: intermediate – working on reports and Samsung online GSPN system.
  • Priority is given to candidates working/worked in the service field or candidates with high potential to excel in the assigned job.
  • Holding a degree - no current students. For males, Military service is finished or exempted.
