Job Description
Overview:
- Order to Cash section requires a Billing Specialist to cover all aspect billing preparation and execution including; Service and services revenue billing, Service and services revenue accrual administration within OTC., Operation of key controls for billing and SAP User.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor billing due for all contracts and orders
- Ensure readiness for billing Run machines with meter read report Confirm any billing schedules received have appropriate approval for billing
- Review and confirm customer details including P.O.s before issuing invoices
- Review all inputs for usage billing (machine meter reads)
- Create Invoices Spares, T&M and Re-site orders
- Service, GDO and BIS contracts
- Create credit notes for all above invoices type Ensure correct approvals for credit requests
- Ensure Billing Completeness
- Reconcile billing for Contracts, Orders and T&M
- Ensure Billing Quality Vital sign report (billing to credit)
- Billing and credit analysis)
- Oversee accrual for customer administration Monthly Accrual report (for Service – GDO and BIS).Accrual study for (Service & GDO).
- Accrual accuracy report (service & GDO).
- Respect and Manage Billing Controls
- MAC Report
Job Requirements
Background / Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative position.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS office & SAP.
