Job Description

  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring.
  • Follow up on hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
  • Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
  • Process attendance records.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve an issue in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
