Job Description
- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring.
- Follow up on hiring decisions.
- Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
- Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
- Process attendance records.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Design and implement effective training and development plans.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve an issue in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
