Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Supervises office support staff (buffet, cleaner, security,…etc.).
  • Organizes the office layout and maintains supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Receives financial invoices, prepares and completes all related supporting documents to be processed in coordination with the financial department before its due date.
  • Handles all official company correspondence (emails, letters, faxes, approvals…etc.).
  • Maintains updated soft filing system and database for projects’ contracts.
  • Applies all the admin policies and procedures.
  • Interacts with clients, suppliers and visitors.
  • Organizes travel arrangements including: flights booking, hotels booking, and visas procedures.
  • Assists in all required arrangements for staff accommodation.
  • Assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compiles and updates employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Processes documentation and prepares reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Coordinates HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and takes minutes.
  • Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Communicates with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handles complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinates communication with candidates and schedules interviews.
  • Conducts initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assists our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Job Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree.
  • Very Good Command in both written & spoken English.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar Administration and HR activities.
  • Very Good Communication skills.
  • Very Good User of Microsoft Office
  • Presentable
  • Living at Maadi or its surroundings is a plus.
