Job Description
- Managing The Sales team and monitor their performance
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Increasing sales of the company's units
- Establish and develop positive customer relationships
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume)
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Real estate experience is a must from 3 to 5 years
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- MS-office: Word, Excel and Strong web searching tools
- Good of spoken and written English.
- Good level of communication & sales skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure.
