Job Description

  • Managing The Sales team and monitor their performance
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Increasing sales of the company's units
  • Establish and develop positive customer relationships
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume)
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Real estate experience is a must from 3 to 5 years
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively
  • MS-office: Word, Excel and Strong web searching tools
  • Good of spoken and written English.
  • Good level of communication & sales skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure.
