Job Description
- Prepare, examine, analyze accounting records, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness of cost records
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Analyze financial discrepancies between actual and budgeted results regarding costs
- Monitor expenditures, provide sources for cost control.
- Ensure that spending is recorded accurately in the accounting books.
- Reviewing, verifying suppliers invoices and check requests, set invoices up for payment and ensure timely payment for vendors’ invoices.
- Reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger and other accounts as assigned
Job Requirements
- Experience in logistics & freight forwarding companies is more preferable
- Able to work under stress
- Experience in ERP system is more preferable
- Having analytical skills & able to communicate and link tasks with multiple departments
