Job Description
- Working closely with BU’s, merchandiser development, sample room, and production/ quality
- Risk assess products in term of safety and analyze test reports
- Risk assess products in terms of complexity of execution, materials, skills in need
Job Requirements
- 5-6 years’ experience as Garment Technologist.
- Familiarity with PLM ( product lifecycle management) systems and Adobe is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- English advanced level writing and reading.
- Good knowledge of a technical file for cut and sew content, consumption of materials
- Experience on defining the sewing construction details from a draw or sketch
- Evaluate the quality of materials and checking of the final product
- Learn trough fit, wear trials and size set to ensure the product is as per customer requirements and easily reproduce in production
- Experience in pattern making and grading, operating Lectra is an advantage
- A good understanding of manufacturing capabilities and an excellent ability to conduct pilots and launching styles in factory production
