Hiring - Project Manager
SDF (SEKEM Development Foundation)
Description:
For immediate hiring, the SDF is looking to hire a Full-time project manager for a social development program related to microcredit and microfinance.
Background:
The SDF is launching a program for microcredit to support small-holder farmers and their families to improve their income and their economical and social status with a framework of a social development program linked with microcredit framework.
Key responsibilities:
- Setting up framework of the program
- Managing the team associated with programs
- Fundraising
- Reporting
- Setting up a sustainability plan for the program
- Project Management responsibilities (File recording and data organization system - Financial reports - Dealing with the donors)
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 10 years overall experience , At least 5 years of experience in the management of programs with social relevance.
- Experience in NGOs is preferred
- Proven experience in fundraising
- Some experience on the microcredit systems is a preference
Education:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree of any relevent field.
- Diplomas/certificates/training on social enterprises and project management is preferred
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in different environments
- Fund-raising skills
- Computer and use of digital applications
