Job Description
- Set and enhance archiving procedures and ensure all documentation with references is done accurately.
- Manage the outgoing documents for external parties and coordinating with admin to send hard copies of documents when needed.
- Ensure all documents are stamped and photocopied for filing purposes and scanned, archived and handled to keep both soft and hard copies available for future references.
- Manage documents (emails - drawings - Letters) from external parties and send it to concerned departments
- Receive outgoing memos and documents from departments and reviewing them to ensure the accuracy of formatting.
- Receive drawings from technical departments and ensuring delivery to different sites by courier
- Following up with departments and sending reminders on the status of documents sent if specific actions or date are required.
- Provide documents when needed from the archiving system.
- Database control.
