Job Description

  • Answer phone calls, transfer call in / out office, set appointment for board members and head of department.
  • Supervise the distribution of incoming mail and the efficient dispatch of outgoing mail
  • Reception for all walk-in persons and maintain they visits.
  • Organizing the meeting’s agenda of CEO.
  • Maintain that administrative services are provided as required and that invoices are processed for work carried out.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and confirm supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Negotiate and agree services with services provider / in house team to ensure that repairs and regular maintenance are carried out.
  • Negotiate and agree cleaning services for the building and monitor the work carried out to ensure that it is of the required standard.

Job Requirements

  • University degree 5 : 7 Years' minimum experience in the same role .
  • Good command of English .
  • A good knowledge of all office systems .
  • Excellent interpersonal skills .
  • Excellent organization skills .
