Job Description
- Answer phone calls, transfer call in / out office, set appointment for board members and head of department.
- Supervise the distribution of incoming mail and the efficient dispatch of outgoing mail
- Reception for all walk-in persons and maintain they visits.
- Organizing the meeting’s agenda of CEO.
- Maintain that administrative services are provided as required and that invoices are processed for work carried out.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and confirm supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Negotiate and agree services with services provider / in house team to ensure that repairs and regular maintenance are carried out.
- Negotiate and agree cleaning services for the building and monitor the work carried out to ensure that it is of the required standard.
Job Requirements
- University degree 5 : 7 Years' minimum experience in the same role .
- Good command of English .
- A good knowledge of all office systems .
- Excellent interpersonal skills .
- Excellent organization skills .
