About the Job
  • Generate new business (new clients) for CC LOB in the assigned area outside or inside Egypt.
  • Develop annual sales/business plan including planning annual revenue stream, managing sales plans and ensure meeting forecasted revenue and sales targets
  • Ensure adequate reporting for performance figures to management to support business decisions
  • Manage complete sales cycle from proposal to contract submission and periodic meetings with clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high performance levels and efficient implementation.
  • Ability to develop sales plans.
  • Understanding of the market and the dynamics of competition.
  • Understanding the commercial realities affecting the organization
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree
  • English Fluency is a must
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in contact center industry/IT Services/ BPO Industry is a must
  • Exceptional Sales Skills
