About the Job
- Generate new business (new clients) for CC LOB in the assigned area outside or inside Egypt.
- Develop annual sales/business plan including planning annual revenue stream, managing sales plans and ensure meeting forecasted revenue and sales targets
- Ensure adequate reporting for performance figures to management to support business decisions
- Manage complete sales cycle from proposal to contract submission and periodic meetings with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high performance levels and efficient implementation.
- Ability to develop sales plans.
- Understanding of the market and the dynamics of competition.
- Understanding the commercial realities affecting the organization
