Job Description
- Design, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on company established objectives, market characteristics and other involved factors such as budget.
- Manage development, communication, promotion, branding and B.TECH corporate vision and mission and assure are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.
- Obtain Consumer requirements by analyzing business reports, survey results and other marketing tools.
- Measure the status of implemented Marketing strategies and make adjustments or recommendations to a new actions if needed.
- Evaluate overall Marketing performance against sales, such as budgets, expenditures, and profit.
- Oversee Marketing content and materials across all commercial channels.
- Monitor marketing metrics across B.TECH Retail and End users in order to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Initiate competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Lead strategies across key market segments to ensure that the B.TECH identifies and optimizes a Retail and Consumer clear path to aggressive growth.
- Correlate and input in retail sales strategy by providing related analysis by category of product or consumer behavior to ensure profitable sales and market share growth.
- Manage execution of Retail short and long-term marketing plans, including positioning and pricing of the B.TECH products.
- Modify the brands value proposition and marketing mix to deliver gross profit margin improvements.
- Identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust and communicate it with Retail Sector.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
- Post Graduate: MBA in Marketing is a plus Certificates
- Ability to work across the key channels (wholesale) and functions of the business
- Strong people management skills and confidence in leadership style and approach
- An ability to execute fast and effectively
- English Level: V. Good (Mandatory)
- MS Office Level: V. Good (Mandatory)
- Overall Experience: +12 Years.
- Previous Experience: Retail Marketing
- Supervisory Level: Min 10 Years
