Job Description
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Determine requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Build pool of candidates by placing job advertisements on different social media channels and job sites or by headhunting and cold calling.
- Screen resumes.
- Perform phone interviews with candidates if requested.
- Make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate technical interviews with the hiring managers.
- Represent the Company in Recruitment Events and Fairs.
Personnel Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper hiring process by receiving and archiving employees hiring documents and ensure their completeness as per labor law no# 12 for 2003 & company policy.
- Send labor cards to labor offices as per labor law no# 12 for 2003.
- Prepare maintain & report employment contracts.
- Monitor and report probation period evaluation forms as per company policy.
- Administer and report employees’ attendance as per company policy.
- Accurate preparation of the monthly payroll effects reports and timely submission to "Finance Department" as per company policy.
- Administer employees exit process including finalizing the clearance process and financial settlement as per company policy.
On-boarding Responsibilities:
- Welcome new hires on their first day.
- Conduct new hires monthly orientation sessions.
Employee Relations:
- Contribute in Intercom’s HR internal events.
Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of Recruitment experience in IT industry is a must.
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Great interpersonal skills & Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very Good English reading, writing & speaking skills
