Job Description
- Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks.
- Investigate inventory divergence, resolve issues and update database
- Establish and update regularly work priorities and fulfill routine tasking by supervisor.
- Coordinates with unit managers and co-workers to assure that procedures are accurate
- Develop reports showing transportation costs
- Monitor entire process of shipments and documentations
- Plan and track the shipments of final products according to customer requirements
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Administer all export sales processes
- Coordinate with Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
- Execute export functions such as order confirming, order summarizing and following up with Production Planning
- Communicate customers as well as maintain solid and professional relationship
- Expand and develop overseas markets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years of professional work experience in a similar post
- Industry experience is preferably
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Well- organized analytical and quick problem solvers.
- Strong presentation skills and positive attitude
