Job Description
- Responsible for initiating calls with delinquent customers by phone, mail or personal visit to collect payments and settle accounts.
- Follows-up delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate financial records including accounting, receivable, and credit records.
- Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Job Requirements
- Require 1-3 years of general work experience.
- Must have moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
