Job Description
- Job Title: Mold maintenance engineer
- Report to : Maintenance Manager
- Summary: Safe maintenance and repair of steel and plastic molds
Responsibilities:
- Initiates,implements and manages the mold maintenance program based on best practices
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Improvement of mold maintenance by procedures
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work
- Diagnosing the breakdowns and problems of molds
- Directing ,instructing and supervising maintenance technician
- Communicate directly with production ,quality and process department to coordinate the maintenance work
- Follow and improve the CMMS by injecting the data and analysis
- Ensure that the maintenance technician and trained ,equipped and motivated to ensure maintenance program achieved in safe and timely mannered
- Prepare reports and analyze data
- Initiates and carry out small projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime and cost
- Implement program and procedure to ensure workshop and plant cleanliness
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- Bachelor of mechanical engineering
- From 3 to 5 years experience in steel forming mold maintenance
- English is a must
- Computer knowledge preferred CMMS
- Autocad and solid works is a must
- Special experience in machinning is recommended
- Living in 10th of Ramadan or Cairo
