Job Description
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence like e-mail, letters, packages etc.
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized, easily accessible & secure
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from accredited university
- Post graduate studies in any relevant field is a plus
Knowledge & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in an administrative role with top management team.
- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
- Perfect in use of computer and MS Office programs
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
