Job Description
- Acquire insight about online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with the goals of RnR's projects
- Set specific objectives and report on Return On Investment
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on all social media channels (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness in the form of campaigns, promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Research new marketing ideas and experiences
- Provide support to community team in live and online events
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 2-3 years experience in similar position
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Proficient in graphic design and content creation
