About the Job
  • Manage Sales Agents.
  • Hire and Train Staff.
  • Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Meet with Clients.

Leading Teams

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operation
  • Prepare for meetings, Presentations, company briefing, orientation and site visits
  • Meeting Clients and give them advise about the best recommendations for property investment
  • Determine client’s needs and financial abilities
  • Negotiate about the best paying scheme that suits the client.
  • Handling paperwork from presentations purchase agreements, closing statements to contracts.

Team Development

  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members.
  • Discover training needs and areas of development to provide coaching.
  • Report sales team’s performance
  • Prepare plans and statistics

Job Requirements
  • Coaching – helping team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective of sales team leader, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to succeed at this job
  • Salesmanship – sales skills are fundamental, as these team leaders must train their sales team to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis.
  • Team management – it is the responsibility of the sales team leader to oversee the sales agent team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met
  • Communication skills – the ability to listen to and speak with clients, sales agents, and other leaders is essential for effective sales team leaders.
  • Business acumen – an understanding of how a business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales is important for sales team leaders. They must think strategically, understand their industry, and have a leader mindset
  • Performance management – these leaders must plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent,
  • Real estate experience is a must from 3 to 5 years
  • Maximum Age 35 years
  • Good level of communication& sales skills both verbal and written,
