Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Following export clients shipments, loading , forecast,etc.
  • Responsible for bookings creations, rolling, merging, splitting, amendments & cancellations
  • Checking vessels stuffing
  • Replying on clients’ inquiries related to their shipments & fulfilling their requirements.
  • Solving problems (related to shipments with all concerned parties)
  • Approaching New Global accounts traffics & new key accounts.
  • Rates negotiations with clients/HQ.
  • Quotations issuance
  • Monitoring customer accounts (Volumes/rates/current, lost & new traffics)
  • Performing sales calls
  • Providing data and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English Language.
  • Computer applications knowledge.
  • Strong communication & customer service skills to answer customers clearly.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Team work oriented.
