Job Description
- Preparing financial quotations.
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Contracts follow up and preparation, reports preparation, and more.
- Capable of Handling customer calls.
- Keep record of sales trends.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferable.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Representative and patient.
- Accuracy in figures is a Must.
Education:
- Faculty of Commerce - Preferred English section or any relevant field.
- Preferred Universities: Ain Shams, Cairo, Helwan, AAST.
