Job Description
- Use the best means of recruitment to ensure excellent calibers are introduced to the organization.
- Post and ensure that all vacancies are published on the company’s website and social media pages.
- Source, filter, screen CVs and prepare short-lists for interviewing.
- Conduct different filtering assessment tools to get the best candidates to interviews including phone interviews, English tests, technical tests….etc.
- Interview and select candidates.
- Prepare and send Job Offers to the selected candidates.
- Represent HCD in events and fairs.
Job Requirements
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Excellent command of English.
Technical Skills
- Experienced in sourcing and obtaining qualified CVs
- Mass recruitment experience is essential
- Recruitment - Competency Based Interviewing
- Basic knowledge of Performance Management Systems
- Basic knowledge of training and development
