Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage the company's IT department including the company's local network and website
- Preparing and connecting equipment.
- Installation and preparation of computers.
- Download all necessary programs.
- Provide network access and connectivity with staff.
- Security monitoring of information.
- Manage and verify the validity of passwords and their conformity to safety standards.
- Provide advice to staff on security breaches such as password change.
- Ensuring the protection of complex programs.
- Troubleshooting network operating systems, software and hardware.
- Address management on the network.
- Preserving a list of essentials and necessary repairs.
- Research and audit of both current and potential services and resources.
- Make recommendations for the purchase of new resources.
- Identify and prepare equipment for safe disposal.
- Ensure that equipment is secured and stripped before disposal.
- Ensure that the informatics equipped with the latest equipment and software and available to access them.
- Training staff to maximize capabilities within existing technology.
- Introducing new users to the process of orientation and adaptation.
- Provide recommendations on support and access to information.
- Maintenance and modernization of the stock of software, equipment and resources.
- Demonstrating merit for continuous learning and innovative thinking.
- Perform any tasks and duties related to informatics during working hours and when necessary sometimes out of working hours upon request.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Practical experience of not less than 5 years
- Comprehensive experience in computers and servers or at least qualified for MCSE 2000 certification (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
- Ability to work individually and within a team.
- Ability to provide support and individual training based on desire.
- Strong writing, conversation and communication skills as well as the ability to communicate with external suppliers and internal staff.
- Knowledge of Windows 9x, Windows NT and relational databases, MS Office 97, MS Exchange,SQL Server, UNIX, TCP/IP Protocols, ISDN Technology, Network Backup Procedures
- Full understanding of computers and network equipment.
- Practical experience in troubleshooting and troubleshooting equipment.
- Experience in supporting equipment and equipment.
- Practical technical knowledge of the latest operating systems, network protocols and standards.
- Ability to read all documents and documents related to the work including product manual from the manufacturer and understand well.
