Job Description

  • Network and Help Disk Task.
  • Manage the infrastructure including firewalls, routers, network and other.
  • Manage internal servers in terms of hardware and software (operating systems and other software).
  • Manage user workstations in terms of hardware and software (operating systems and other software).
  • Manage the IT asset inventory to be up to date for all locations.
  • Manage the security of the network (Antivirus,etc..)

Technical Support Tasks:

  • Check logs on servers and identify the issues.
  • Provide daily, weekly reports to other teams.
  • Handling all technical support tickets.
  • Accountable on high Quality of Service and Customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Experience 0-2 years
  • Basic Network
  • DML statement
  • Basic SQL server knowledge, DDL, DML, DCL and TCL Commands.

Nice To Have Any Of The Bellow:

  • Basic Linux
  • Basic OpenStack infrastructure
  • Basic Docker
  • Basic DBA
