Job Description
- Network and Help Disk Task.
- Manage the infrastructure including firewalls, routers, network and other.
- Manage internal servers in terms of hardware and software (operating systems and other software).
- Manage user workstations in terms of hardware and software (operating systems and other software).
- Manage the IT asset inventory to be up to date for all locations.
- Manage the security of the network (Antivirus,etc..)
Technical Support Tasks:
- Check logs on servers and identify the issues.
- Provide daily, weekly reports to other teams.
- Handling all technical support tickets.
- Accountable on high Quality of Service and Customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Experience 0-2 years
- Basic Network
- DML statement
- Basic SQL server knowledge, DDL, DML, DCL and TCL Commands.

- Basic Linux
- Basic OpenStack infrastructure
