Job Description
We are currently seeking an Application Engineer to join our business and support our team/clients technically to help sell the product (Water-related equipment: pumps, filters, UV & Ozone Treatment .... etc).
This person will be responsible for technical support, offers, clarifications, and consultation within the company as well as with our customers.
In this role, this person will also be responsible for fulfilling customer’s requirements, communications with factories and manufacturing facilities worldwide as well as preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Main responsibilities:
- Selecting water-related equipment for projects based on clients requested specifications.
- Support the sales team.
- Visit clients for technical support / clarifications / orientation.
- Support in after-sales services and troubleshooting
- This position requires the ability to travel (up to 20%).
- Perform additional duties, as assigned.
- Collaborate with other departments, Vendors, or other business units to ensure timely resolution to the customer’s request.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Deep willingness to learn new things and retain new knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Experience (2-3) years in Pumps is a MUST.
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent command in English & Computer Skills.
- Excellent communications skills and technical reports writing.
- Demonstrated documentation and organisational skills.
- Cairo Resident

- Own a car is a plus.
