Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responding to all inquiries and requests for information, made in-person, by phone or by e-mail from current, former and prospective students.
- Logging and tracking queries using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, and where appropriate liaising with colleagues from across the College and external agencies (e.g. local councils and banks) to ensure that the query is resolved appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Updating student record system.
- Assisting in the development of procedures and service improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 Months experience in student affairs is a must.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Customer Service Experience is Must.
- Females Preferred.
- Graduates Only.
