Job Summary
- The main role of the Project Manager is to help ElRehla to manage its different projects/camps end to end with other functions and stakeholders to deliver the requested project in time and with a high level of quality.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and evaluation for new & existing projects
- Oversee project implementation in terms of logistics, communication, content and admin work.
- Submitting a closure report by the end of each project for documenting purposes.
- Invite and partner with different stakeholders according to each camp type
- Preparing proposals and presentations for possible donors or management team based on the camps type.
- Prepare the requested Report for donors.
- Prepare budgets and follow-up on budgeting with the finance manager
- Managing all camps and activities that are donor-related
- Attend all event invited by donors and international organizations to maintain relationships to see potential opportunities and apply for it
Job Requirements
Knowledge / Skills:
- Previous experience working with international NGOs
- Previous experience managing donor projects
- Experience with putting budgets and follow up with donors and accountant on it
- Multitasking
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Fair experience with event management to be able to manage camp details and oversee the execution
- Ability to travel regularly (inside and outside Egypt) to attend meetings and workshops
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: Background on Project/Events Management, reporting and previous experience with managing donor projects is a must
