Job Description

  • Establishes and maintains excellent relations with current and new foreign clients.
  • Coordinates with the packing and shipping section head to ensure safe, quality and timely arrival of the consignments to concerned clients
  • Endorses the consignments dispense vouchers.
  • Invites the insurance companies to tender for providing insurance coverage for the company’s consignments, studies proposals and participates in selecting the service provider.
  • Invites the shipping companies to tender to transport the company’s consignments, studies proposals and participates in selecting the service provider.
  • Works with shipping agencies, local and international authorities to facilitate the export procedures and minimizes cost.
  • Carries on the customs’ clearance procedures on the company’s exports to ensure timely release of export consignments with minimum delays according to company’s policies and local official laws.
  • Follows-up processing Logistics activities (ordering & following-up letters of credits and letters of guarantee from vendors).
  • Dealing with the General Authority for Investment
  • Research and explore potential global market
  • Analyze the global market trends for plastics and sign media products take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trend.
  • Penetrating new markets to find potential clients and convert them into actual customers.
  • Set marketing and business development strategies.
  • Identifying direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Finding and following up on sales leads to be able to reach a wider client base.
  • Understanding customer needs to be able to provide feedback for business development and marketing.
  • After-Sales follow up.
  • Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
  • To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management.
  • Prepare quotation & pricing for overseas buyers.
  • Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales.
  • Identify export new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
  • Propose export annual sales target.
  • Review and update the export target and prospect customer base.
  • Address and close all customer complaints timely to improve customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Logistics /supply chain / Business Development.
  • Very Good Skills for Microsoft office especially (excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very Good in English.
  • Knowledge french is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in Packaging is preferred
  • Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions
  • Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively
  • Expert organizational skills
  • Effective skill in planning things
  • Knowledge about different geographical locations and routes
  • Expert problem solving skills
  • Attentive and accurate in execution of the tasks.
