Job Description
- Create animations of characters, creatures, heads, mountains and other assets
- Enjoy the unique and attractive life and most of all the believable characters in the game scenarios and movies
- Use the Photoshop and 3D tools (3DS or Maya) to create and move objects for use in Both games are two-dimensional and three-dimensional
- Working within the constraints set by technology and target platforms (mileage restrictions, texture sizes, etc.)
- Work to ensure that the assets of the characters are completed in a timely manner in the required quality bar
- Development, maintenance and animation of the real-time game assets
- Help designers and engineers with play models
- Enthusiasm to work closely with other animations
- Communication with production, art management, and other departments
- An active participant in panel discussions, critique and reviews
Job Requirements
- Experience of not less than 3 years in moving the bilateral and three-dimensional drawings
- The ability to create compelling performances and realistic human motion
- Exceptional skills in animating the humanoid bipeds, quadrupeds, and other creatures
- Cinematic background with hands on knowledge of camera, composition, & cinematic sequences
- Understanding of game engines, mechanics, and game development processes
- Familiar with producing in-game animations and in-game systems;
- Formal education in 3D animation, 2D education also an asset.
- Extremely important: Proficient in Maya & Motionbuilder
- Strong technical experience with engines
- Must display a strong understanding of animation fundamentals
- An understanding of the human body and facial anatomy is an asset
