Overview:
The DS Business Section requires a Pre-Sales & Technical Analyst with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and enhanced multitasking abilities to contribute in company’s revenue and profit growth plans.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with assigned Client Account teams to identify and assess client Document management services requirements and match to Xerox service capabilities.
- Stay knowledgeable of the full suite of Document Management Services (DS) offerings and ECM Solutions, and be able to easily translate how Xerox service capabilities apply to real business problems.
- Be a solution/product sales expert, and considered by organization as a DS/ECM SME.
- Possess an understanding of the service architecture and DS/ECM concepts, and be able to articulate to client business and technology executives in business terms.
- Work closely with Sales, Solution Management, & Services delivery teams to produce content rich presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that address customer needs.
- Develop business proposals and participate in Client Business Planning and RFP/Sales process, in coordination with Account teams.
- Document any business or technical requirements as needed for winning sales deals.
- Be able to translate DS technical discussion into a business level discussion.
- Conduct both business level and technical level ECM/DS discussions and be able to address customer challenges with the technology.
- Present customized DS presentations, demonstrations and proposals for prospects.
Job Requirements
Background / Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ in sales experience/related market
- Complex account management experience
- Collaboration with other business units and cross functional skills.

- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
